The person

Who builds AI Board

Jordi Daniels is the director of AI Board and has worked in AI and data science for Dutch organisations since 2019, through his Zwolle consultancy Exante: AI strategy, workshops and presentations for boards, and models that actually shipped.

In early 2023 he built and launched GPT-Detective, a Dutch AI text detector for education that drew national media attention. Since then his work has moved to one question: how does a busy executive get the value of AI without handing their company data to a public model?

The answer is the product on this site, and he is its heaviest user. Jordi runs his own group of companies on AI Board every working day: the morning brief, the week preparation and the Friday review all run on the same assistant that gets installed on your machine. That daily use is the quality bar. A feature ships when it survives a real workweek, not a demo.

AI Board is not a signup flow. It is installed in person, on your own machine, in one to three days on site.

The vault, the assistant, the skills, the connectors and the routines go onto your own machine. Licences are in your own name.

Your knowledge goes in

We start with the documents and numbers you use most: PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive files. Originals are never deleted.

A working session with your own questions

You leave the install day using it on real work, not a demo dataset. After that: updates and a weekly office hour for questions.

AI Board reads the files you already have and connects to the systems you already use. Nothing migrates, nothing gets locked in.

  • Office files: PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, read page by page and slide by slide
  • OneDrive documents, indexed into your company brain
  • Teams and Copilot meeting transcripts, turned into owner-tagged actions
  • Google Search Console, PostHog, Metricool, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Stripe, each proven with a live query at install
  • In development: Outlook and SharePoint through Microsoft Graph. Until that ships we say so, here and in the sales conversation.

What we will not publish

This site follows one discipline: no invented numbers, in the product and in the marketing. We do not publish statistics without a source, client names without written permission, certifications we do not hold, or demo material presented as customer results.

That costs us impressive-sounding claims. It also means that when AI Board answers with a number, the number carries its source and its pull date, and when this website states a fact, you can check it. The product version of this promise lives on the security page.

What is AI Board?
AI Board is your personal AI assistant that makes you AI-native: it runs on your own laptop, grounded in your company's data, and gets sharper as your knowledge grows. Private by design, reasoning at CEO, CFO and CTO level, so you ride the AI wave instead of swimming behind it.
Is AI Board the same as board software or the European AI Board?
No. AI Board is a Dutch software product: a personal AI assistant for one executive or manager, installed on their own laptop. It is not board-management or board-portal software, not the European AI Board (the advisory body under the EU AI Act), and not an AI 'board of advisors' role-play tool.
Who is behind AI Board?
Jordi Daniels, director, based in Zwolle, the Netherlands. AI Board is a brand of Domus B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 84012722). He has worked in AI and data science consulting since 2019 and built the Dutch AI text detector GPT-Detective.
Is AI Board live?
Yes, and honestly: it runs every working day at its maker's own companies, and the first businesses have seen it in demos and pilot proposals. Access is by request, and the install is scheduled within a working week.
Does AI Board work with Microsoft 365?
It reads your Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) and OneDrive documents today, and turns Teams and Copilot meeting transcripts into actions. Live Outlook and SharePoint connections through Microsoft Graph are in development, and we say so rather than claim them.
What does AI Board cost?
The install is a tailored engagement and is quoted after the half-hour intake. There is no public price list yet, on purpose: no number goes on this site before it is stable.
