Stop 02: 08:15 · Mail and calendar
Your mail and your calendar talk to each other
Now: searching threads from three weeks ago. Soon: every meeting comes with the mails, quotes and numbers that belong to it.
You: What is at 13:30 and what do I need to bring? AI Board: The accountant, about Q3. Yesterday at 16:12 he asked for the VAT documents and your mileage log. Both are ready in your company brain, I attached them to the meeting.

You: Does the price in the Van Dijk quote match the previous one? AI Board: Yes, the same items as in June plus 3 percent indexation. Two things to check: installation is set to one day, last time two, and the warranty line is missing.
You: Where is the warranty clause we used last year? AI Board: In the De Vries quote of 14 November, article 7: two years on installation, five years on materials. I put it in the draft for Van Dijk, with the source attached.

Your marketing in one view, without an agency
Now: three dashboards and an agency that reports afterwards. Soon: Meta, Google and your socials read every morning, in plain language.
You: Is that Meta ad actually bringing anything in? AI Board: Meta: 21 euros a day, two requests. Search Console: your clicks are up 12.4 percent and your new pages are in. Of 1,844 visitors, 62 became leads and five became customers.
Stop 06: Fri 14:01 · Routines
On Friday afternoon next week is already prepared
Now: starting Monday morning by working out what is going on again. Soon the week preparation runs every Friday at 14:01 on your own laptop. It walks through next week's calendar, pulls the quote, the mail and the numbers for each meeting, and lists what is finished and what is still missing.
You: What did I let slip this week? AI Board: The accountant is waiting for the Q3 documents and your mileage log. I have prepared them, you only have to send. Everything else is green.
You: Next week I have a meeting with Bakker Installatietechniek. Is the quote ready, and the presentation? AI Board: The quote is ready: 2026-091, in the Bakker Installatietechniek folder. The presentation is updated to slide 6, two slides are still missing: the planning and the price breakdown. Travel time is in your calendar, 45 minutes there. One question: do you want last year's warranty clause in it, or the new one?

The day runs from 09:00 to 17:00 at your office. Your laptop is there all day, you for about three hours, set up on your own cases. Next to this is how the day runs.
You: Do I have to sit next to you all day? AI Board: No, about three hours, spread across the day. I do need your laptop from 09:00 to 17:00. If you get stuck later, you WhatsApp, call or mail me. What is on your laptop stays yours.

On site at your office, in the Netherlands. Travel is included. The day runs from 09:00 to 17:00: I need your laptop all day, you are in it for about three hours. Remote on request.
