Our rules
How we publish a customer story
Until September 2026 this site said AI Board claims no customer installs. That was true, and it stayed up until someone was willing to be named. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
A name and permission, or nothing
No anonymous quotes from “a director in manufacturing”. Without a real name and written permission, we do not publish the story.
No number we did not measure
What a customer says about their own time saved stands as their observation. We do not turn it into a percentage, an average, or a promise to you.
The business half only
An install touches private matters too. Anything of that kind stays out, even where the customer would give permission for it.
