Three things to know before you apply

We run on the product ourselves
The morning brief, the week preparation and the Friday review of the company run on AI Board. You get the same install as the customer and work in it every day.

The work happens at the customer's table
A setup day is on site, somewhere in the Netherlands. You sit next to a director or business owner, and at the end of the day it runs on their laptop.

No invented numbers, not here either
This site publishes no statistics without a source and no customer names without permission. That applies to vacancies too: no team size, no growth figures, no salary we are not sure of.

Questions about working at AI Board
How big is AI Board?
Small. The product is built and installed by founder Jordi Daniels; every new colleague is the first in their role. We deliberately do not quote a number that may be different tomorrow.
Where do I work?
Based in Zwolle; setup days are on site at customers across the Netherlands. Around those you work from Zwolle or from home.
What does the application process look like?
You email something you built with AI yourself. Within a working week there is a half-hour conversation with Jordi, then a trial afternoon in which you do part of the real work.
Can I join as a freelancer?
We discuss that in the conversation. Employment is preferred, because aftercare at customers needs continuity.
Rather a customer than a colleague?
Request access and you reach Jordi directly. The intake takes half an hour.
Your company brain lives on your laptop. You choose if a question goes to a cloud model or stays fully local.
