The role
AI consultant
AI Board is a personal AI assistant that runs on a business owner's or executive's own laptop, grounded in the company's data. We install it in one day on site: the setup day. That day is the product. You will run it.
You work directly with Jordi Daniels, the founder, who runs every setup day himself today. You become the second person who can, and then the one who does it better than he does.
The work
What you will do
- Setup days at customers across the Netherlands: intake, installing the assistant, the company brain and the connections (mail, calendar, Office files, advertising and analytics tools), and a working session on the customer's own questions.
- Aftercare: the weekly office hour, updates, and fixing whatever breaks in a real working week.
- Feeding the product: what customers ask, where the install stalls and which skill or routine is missing, turned into concrete improvements.
- Writing down what you learn: install guides, checklists and, if it suits you, articles for the site.
The profile
What you bring
- You use AI models such as Claude or GPT every day yourself and know from experience where they are strong and where they are unreliable.
- You are comfortable on a Mac and on Windows: terminal, file structures, markdown, adjusting a script without fear. You do not need to be a software engineer.
- You know Microsoft 365 from the inside: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel and the way a small or mid-sized company actually uses them.
- You explain in plain Dutch what an AI assistant can and cannot do, to a director who has no time. Dutch is the working language with customers; you read and write English fluently.
- You are in Zwolle or travel there without trouble, and you prefer sitting at the customer's table over working remotely.
The terms
What we offer
- A 32 to 40 hour position, by agreement, based in Zwolle with customer days across the Netherlands.
- Salary by agreement, depending on experience. We would rather not print a figure we are not certain of.
- The same toolkit as the customer: your own AI Board install, licences in your name, and the freedom to extend it.
- Work that is visible immediately: at the end of every setup day something runs at a real company.
- A short line: one founder, no layers, decisions made the same day.
Honest up front
What this job is not
- Not staffing. You are not placed at a customer for months; a setup day is one day and the aftercare that follows is remote.
- Not a sales role. There are no targets. You do run the intake, and you say honestly when AI Board is not the right fit.
- Not a big team and not a fancy office. AI Board is small and built from Zwolle. If you need a department around you, this is not your place.
- Not open to agencies. Recruitment approaches in response to this vacancy will not be answered.

How to apply
Send an email describing something you built or automated with AI yourself, however small, with a link or screenshot. A CV is welcome, a cover letter is not required.
You hear back from Jordi himself within a working week. The conversation takes half an hour, followed by a trial afternoon in which you run part of a setup day yourself.
