Plugin privacy

AI Board, the publisher of the AI Board Lite plugin (plugin name ai-board-lite). Questions go to jordi.daniels@ai-board.studio.

This statement covers the plugin only. It does not cover the website ai-board.studio or the paid AI Board product, which have their own terms.

Nine skills written as plain text instructions. The plugin contains no program code that runs on its own, no server, no tracking and no credentials. You can read every file of it before installing.

Nothing. The plugin makes no network calls of its own. AI Board does not see your prompts, your files, the answers or the fact that you used the plugin. If you email us for support, we only have what you put in that email.

What you share with the plugin, such as a transcript, notes or a deck, is processed by the AI service you run it in: Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT and Codex. That processing falls under your agreement with that provider and its privacy policy, exactly as it does without the plugin.

• It reads only what you give it in the conversation.
• It does not search your mail, calendar or drives on its own. If you have connected those to your AI service, the plugin uses them only when you ask it to.
• It saves a file only after you say yes, and only where your environment allows it.
• It never sends email, messages or invites. Follow-ups are drafts for you to send.

If the plugin ever starts handling data differently, this page changes first and the date above moves with it.
