To help us answer quickly, include:
- Where you use the plugin: Claude (app or Claude Code), ChatGPT or Codex.
- Which skill, and what you asked.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
Leave out confidential material. We don't need your transcript or spreadsheet to help; a description is enough.
Common problems
- A skill doesn't start. Check that the plugin is installed and enabled, then ask in plain language, for example “what are the action items from this transcript”. In Claude Code you can also call a skill by name, such as
/ai-board-lite:actionables. - No .pptx or .xlsx file appears. Creating and reading Office files needs an environment that can run Python. Without it, the skill gives you an outline or a table to paste instead.
- Something is marked as missing. That is on purpose: the skills never invent owners, dates or numbers. Add the missing detail to the conversation and ask again.
