The four upgrades AI Board gives your Claude
Upgrade 1: from a blank chat to a company brain. Your meetings, decisions, numbers and projects sit as plain files in an Obsidian vault on your own laptop. You put sources in, such as decks, meeting transcripts and figures; Claude reads them, links them and files them. More on that in company brain.
Upgrade 2: from asking to a fixed rhythm. Every workday morning, a routine fetches the numbers from your connected sources, processes new files and updates your board. On Friday afternoon, the weekly review closes the week with three decisions, each with an owner and a date.
Routines run on your laptop, so it needs to be on in the morning. They only write in your vault: they send nothing and change nothing in your other systems.
Upgrade 3: from loose prompts to a playbook. Skills for the work of a decision-maker, each started with one sentence. Ask "What should I do today?" and you get five points in order, with exactly one decision for today.
Other skills prepare a meeting, pull the action items out of a transcript, turn loose notes into a board deck, read a deck the way a board member reads it, explain a spreadsheet and put a decision on one page with the options.
Upgrade 4: from separate apps to one assistant. Your mail and calendar are connected, through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and so are the systems you already work in, such as your CRM or accounting. Mail is always a draft: sending is up to you.
Why does the upgrade keep growing?
Everything you add stays in your vault: every meeting, decision and set of numbers. That is why the answers get sharper over the weeks. Claude knows what was decided before, and why.
AI Board itself keeps improving too. The subscription brings new skills, better routines and updates for new Claude models, while your own setup stays yours.
What does your Claude plan bring to the upgrade?
Every paid Claude plan comes with Claude Code and Cowork, and AI Board builds on both. Claude Code works with files on your own computer; Cowork is the mode in which Claude carries out a task by itself, in folders and apps you choose.

Which Claude plan do you upgrade?
AI Board runs on your own paid Claude plan. It uses Claude Code and scheduled tasks, and Anthropic includes both from Pro upwards.
- Starting out as one decision-maker: Pro is enough to begin.
- Working with it all day: Max gives 5 or 20 times the usage of Pro.
- Your company already uses Claude Team: a Team seat is also a paid plan with Claude Code and Cowork. Your Claude admin decides which connectors are allowed, so involve them early.

Three ways to upgrade your Claude

The €59 a month covers updates, support and new skills. If you stop, your installation keeps working.
AI Board Lite lets you feel the difference in a week. The full upgrade is the step when you want Claude to remember your company and do the routine work without being asked.
Where does your data go?
Your company brain and your files stay on your own laptop. With the Claude edition, a question and the context it needs are processed by Anthropic. What Anthropic does with that depends on your plan; the overview is in Claude for business: plans and pricing.

Does AI Board make Claude itself smarter?
No, it is the same Claude model. The upgrade is in what Claude gets to work with: your company brain, routines that run by themselves and a playbook of skills. That context and rhythm are what turn a good answer into a useful one for your company.
Do I still need a Claude plan with AI Board?
Yes. AI Board runs on your own Claude plan, which you take out and pay for directly with Anthropic. We do not resell Claude.
Is AI Board a replacement for Claude Team?
No, they do different jobs. Claude Team rolls Claude out to your colleagues, with central billing, admin and SSO. AI Board upgrades Claude for the person who makes the decisions, with that person's company brain and routines. Does AI Board work with ChatGPT?
The free AI Board Lite plugin works in both Claude and ChatGPT. The full AI Board runs on Claude, because it builds on Claude Code.
Is AI Board part of Anthropic?
No. AI Board is an independent company from the Netherlands. It runs on Claude and was admitted to Claude Startups, Anthropic's startup program.
How long does the upgrade take?
